Project Overview: The John Keels Warehouse Construction project is a significant endeavour aimed at constructing a modern, energy-efficient warehouse building to accommodate GTL logistic operations. This project represents a strategic investment in GTL infrastructure to support future growth and enhance Logistics environment.

Project Goals and Objectives:

  • To construct a warehouse building with a total floor area of 110,000 square feet.
  • To ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
  • To complete construction within 6 months from the project kickoff.
  • To complete deck area of 10,000 square feet.
  • To provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees.

Scope and Deliverables: The project scope includes site preparation, foundation construction, fabrication of steels, erection of structures, installation of roofing and gutters, installation of cladding, concreting of the floor to a standard, landscaping, and the installation of energy-efficient systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.). Deliverables will include a fully constructed and completed warehouse building, all necessary permits and approvals.

  • Site Preparation: February 15, 2022
  • Foundation Construction: March 2, 2022
  • Erection of Structures: April 1, 2022
  • Installation of Roofing: April 19, 2022
